The New House

Here are some pictures of the new house - it's not quite ours
just yet, but we're the only ones who've seen it (it's not
publicly listed yet), and we're in the process of negotiating
the sale with the owner. It's brand new, never been lived in,
on a 8000+ sqft. lot! It needs a little landscaping since no
one's lived in it since it was finished, but we're working
on getting a credit back to cover some of those costs.

	Porch/front door - if it looks a little dirty, it's 'cause no one's lived there for over a year!
